National Television and Computer Recycling Scheme Quantum Recycling Solutions proudly partners with Ecycle Solutions, a co-regulatory arrangement administrator under the National Television and Computer Recycling Scheme (NTCRS).
The NTCRS was launched in 2011 to give households and small businesses access to industry-funded recycling services for TVs and computers.
